Prepare for 90 minutes of total relaxation and rejuvenation. Allow the vibrations of the gongs to wash through the body, clearing the mind and cleansing the spirit. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, eye pillow (optional), and blanket. Arrive 10 minutes early to set up your spot.
